My quest to learn more about candida in general started with a yeast infection. They are incredibly painful and frankly one of the worst experiences a woman can go through.

To my surprise, as I researched the causes of yeast infections, I came to learn how prevelent candida actually is and that there are many other ways that candida negatively effects the body.

I enjoy researching and spreading the word on how to treat yeast infections as well as how to get candida out of the body.
